Ordered delivery from Cheektowaga location and was given an estimated delivery time of 9:37pm after 6 emails and an additional app downloaded the revised delivery time was 10:18pm and I didn't actually receive my food until 10:32pm at which point it was totally cold and required total reheating to be edible.... total bill for one person including delivery fee of $7 and additional tip of $10 was $55 so not an outrageous order. The food was good last night. The last few times I've gone, the potatoes are overcooked. I love potatoes, but couldn't eat them because they were mushy. Everything else was really good. The crab legs were good and sweet
