I loved the food ! First time there and it is what you are expecting! Also the kitchen Manager (Carlos Vives)came out to check on the tables making sure everything was good! That’s a great service !
I will say the most embarrassing thing a business owner can do is yell at the top of there lungs verbally attacking their employees. And it’s even more embarrassing that they’re so full of themselves that it can be heard from a kitchen and customers (like me) hearing it in the dining area. I was there today and was so happy that I didn't listen to the bad reviews! the food was Delicious! my fiance had the Kings Broil with Lobster, snow crab legs and shrimp, Cajun mild and he ate it all!!!! i had the Catfish basket and it was delicious too! the price was great 👍. I do recommend it 😁
This has nothing to do with the food. Ths food was good. The owner was very rude and called out his employee is front of us and everyone inside. I work in a restaurant and it is VERY unprofessional. Would of left but with covid 19 and the few tables inside, did not want to make the server suffer. I understand they need tables to make money. LEARN HOW TO TALK TO YOUR EMPLOYEES in private.
We went for our favorite food and we got disappointed ☹️ The trifecta sauce was very poor, sad and tasteless, no garlic or other seasoning ... It was super cold like if they got them out the fridge and gave it to us... The corn was FROZEN. We usually love this place but today was disappointed and we paid them $80dlls for a really tasteless, sad and poor food.
forget these people. was all set to go and get an order to go. asked the person who answered the phone what deals they had for 2 people and was told they didn't have anything like that, it was all individual. then asked about the seafood boils and this person said, and I quote, "the menu is on Facebook, uber eats and Google if I wanted to check that first." if you don't like talking to people, get another job. needless to say, I won't spend a nickel with this place.
I love this place. The seafood boils are my favorite.
