Luke did one hell of a job. The first day he showed up he was personable, understood the frustration between Home Insurance, and fixed the small hiccup my system was having. Hence why I scheduled for just a full HVAC System Maintenance. Again was smooth, very well priced, and the work was done quickly and correctly. Luke did an amazing job, please let him know.
Great customer service.
My old unit was making a rattling noise out of the blue. When I called they were able to get someone out later the same day. Luke arrived and I explained the situation. He climbed up on the roof and checked it out. Lucky for me there wasn't any obvious issues. Something hit the fan and caused the noise but it had stopped shortly after I called King.
