I called and was scheduled to have someone come out within 2 hours. I got a call about 10 minutes later that they were in the area and could swing by right away. Luke took a look at my unit and found a loose wire, but nothing else wrong. He did let me know what services I might need in the future though. I appreciated the honesty and not trying to sell me things I didn't need right now.

I’ve owned homes in Las Vegas for a long time and have dealt with plenty of service companies. Lance from King Air Duct Cleaning was one of the few who actually impressed me. He showed up exactly on time, walked me through what he was doing, and explained how the system works instead of just rushing through the job.
