No contact. Every time I call it says they’re closed. It says leave a voicemail but all the mailboxes are full Even though the store says they’re open now the phone still says they’re closed. I tried the website and it is unavailable. Very frustrating. I have a question and I need an answer, but no one around to help.
Customer service were all eager to help me out in the beginning, but after receiving my warranty dish, I lost all contact with them. I emailed them twice after they received the dish. They will not contact me back on the status of the repairs or when I will be getting a replacement!! Horrible customer service. Also, you can't call them because they will not answer the phone!!
