I hired Jeff to replace 4 windows... Replacing 2 old crank windows with worn out cranks but otherwise fine. 2 glass block style windows that had condensation sometimes. Unfortunately there are issues with all four new windows that were installed. Shortly after the install I saw something like black mildew and moisture. Jeff said it was a moisture issue with my house and not related to his work. He refused to come out and look at it in person. Fast forward to now...maybe a year+ later.
