This company is horrible!!! I had a vehicle go in for a one week repair. It took 3 weeks to get my car back. No one returned my calls or would even give me a straight forward answer as to what was going on with my vehicle. This company is more worried about quantity over quality. I could never contact my estimator because he was always out of the office, with a customer, or on the phone with a customer. Yet he was never in contact with me. Negligent. On pickup of my car after a repair, the worker who drove the car around to the front ran over body fastening bolts in the garage. I didn't notice the leaking tire since the repairs were to the front bumper and I didn't think to check the tires. After driving away, my tire pressure light notifies me the tire is losing air. The shop closed right after pickup and the phones were off. This led to a roadside hassle and a day wasted.
