Regarding Please Read This Review – Jessica B. we would really like to know who you are as we have no record of selling you an above ground pool. Also, you purchased your pool from King Cole Pools, but you had it installed by a sub-contractor. We NEVER insist that you use one particular installer we merely give you the name of one that we use. Legally it is the responsibility of the installer if there are any damages or any complaints, not King Cole Pools. Please let us know which installer you used so that we can remove him... read more

Jessica B., what do you mean saying "the installers that they insisted that we use put the pool in and needed to return"? Would you like to share some more details on the installation process. Where is the leak in your pool?

I would not recommend this pool place to anyone. We waited forever to get our pool installed and then the installers that they insisted that we use put the pool in and needed to return, but never did! Also, as soon as we started filling the pool it began to leak and we are trying to contact the installers, but their voicemail is full and you can not even leave a message. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a business and I will tell anyone that will listen to go elsewhere!

Bill, Ellen, Bruce and the rest of the crew at King Cole Pools are a great bunch of people, they rescued me from a botched and incomplete pool install by Greensburg Pool, they were fair with their price considering they had to repair a lot of what Greensburg Pool did wrong. I always recommend King Cole Pools when any asks me about my pool. They installed my pool 6 years ago, and it is beautiful. They open and close it for me every and they make it so easy and the service is great. They have never steered me wrong and always help when I am having any issues. My pool has been clear and they help me keep it that way. I get my water tested there and get all my chemicals and pool supplies there. They have a fun selection of rafts there too this year. Great place. Thanks.

I would highly recommend King Cole Pools. They installed my custom pool in 2008 and I love it. King Cole Pools is the only company that I trust to open and close my pool. I also love that they have free water testing and the best prices on pool supplies. They never try to sell you anything that you don’t need.
