Everyone here is so nice and helpful. We're always greeted with a smile and everyone is so caring. My family sadly has had to put down 3 of our dogs over the years and every time we were met with compassion and understanding.
My moms chihuahua was attacked today we took her in and were turned away because they said they only work half a day today they "examined" her n told us she would be fine..she died less than 20 minutes later! When we first took her in she was still very responsive and moving and everything had they not been so cruel we would still have our dog! As a vet how can working a half day and getting off early be more important than saving a beloved pet?!? Extremely disappointed! Where was the compassion for animals?!
Impressed with the staff and Dr. Cheney, they were able to help me out big time today ! Specially my dog Lea, Thank you !
