For the service department - front of house Kelly and John, amazing customer service! Great to work with! The actual work and quality of work, if I could give negative stars I would. Had work on our wrangler and grand cherokee. Brought our wrangler in for an oil leak. Issue was diagnosed and "fixed" they called us to come pick it up and as we turn it on to leave, the service light was on. (why were we even called when a light was on? I was able to get an oil change without setting an appointment and the wait time was not long at all. The customer service was excellent and I do recommend them.
