Stayed here in July of 2026. The hotel is really nice and centrally located within walking distance to everything. Room (218) where we stayed didn’t have any view and overlooked a dark balcony? (Not our balcony). The room was nice, but a little tight for 2 adults and a dog. Please be aware of the $150 per night pet fee - very expensive and they didn’t provide any pet care or pet products, even though they advertised it. This is an amazing little hidden gem downtown Charleston. It has chic, vintage decor with a lovely atmosphere. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We will visit again.
Hotel was clean and the staff were decent. The lobby staff were good but everyone else lacked. Paid $58 daily for parking and they wouldn’t even help with our bags or do anything but park your car. Plus $38 daily for the resort fee which they gave you a sheet of paper to explain 4 or 5 things you get with high speed WiFi being one of them which it was not high speed.
