There’s no way this is a legit business, the level of food/ingredients knowledge was non existent, customer service none. i don’t actually think this catering company trains or hires people with any hospitality or food background. I have never seen so many employees more spaced out and unaware of what they are doing. The event was small and there is absolutely no reason for how much of disgrace it make for the industry.
