If I could rate this business as zero stars I would. At first I thought this looked like a reputable business and decided to go there to get a new stereo installed in my jeep. It worked for about a year and then it started to cut in and out. Before I go into what happened next, let me say that they drilled a useless hole in my center console and plugged it with a inoperative LED light. Trust me - stay away from this place. If you do business with them - you'll regret it. I did find a local insaller who's excellent, trustworthy and basically fixed everything King Car Audio did to my truck - try Spanking Clean Auto Sound in Norwalk...and stay away from King Car Audio
for some reson i have gone to king car audio multiple times and each time i have gone something always ends up wrong, there was one time when i went to get speakers installed, and they installed them only problem was that they switched the one i brought them with a pair that they sold at there store. when i askd them hy they did that they said because the 6 1/2 ones that ARE designed for my car did not fit well then i brought them to Darien auto-body (premiere Auto Sports) (also does audio equipment and they put them right i... read more
