I went in for a brake inspection was told $69 over the phone. I was charged $225 This is the first bad experience I've had with them.I can not change my review at this moment I have talked to a king representative about it with no results to change anything for now. A cash register works both way .A refund or credit should be issued. That's my way of thinking anyway. I didn't put the stuff in the computer there

Took our XT5 SUV in for a repair when a tree branch broke the rear windshield. When we got it back, we heard shattered glass moving around in the rear hatch. When we opened the rear hatch, it sounded like a rain machine when it went up with the glass moving around. The last straw was when we turned on the rear wiper. The rear wiper shaft was bent and the wiper arm screeched against the glass like nails on a chalk board. The new rear window now has scratches on it.
