Went and had ring sized. Good communication and price.
I bought a ring from Felix today. The ring was not in the size I needed. He offered to resize it for me for an extremely good price. I got an incredible deal on the ring itself. The customer service was the best. They truly make you feel like family. Thank you Felix! I will be returning to you for jewelry or repairs in the future!

Felix was awesome. I walked in with a watch I thought was toast. 20 minutes later I walked out with one of my favorite watches working like there was never an issue. Great service, I am very thankful.
