We had a great experience at this hotel. It’s in the perfect location and we loved that you can walk anywhere from here. The room was perfect from the nice toiletries to the bathrobes, and the nespresso machine in the room. This hotel is clean and well maintained. The only thing I would recommend is a professional cleaning of the carpets in the rooms to remove stains. We also had breakfast at the downstairs restaurant. I stayed at Sutton Place Hotel in Toronto and honestly, for the very high price they charge, the experience was disappointing. If it were a budget hotel I wouldn’t mind, but at this rate the issues are unacceptable. - I requested a different room layout months in advance multiple times, this wasn’t actioned and management were totally nonplussed when I asked about this. - Massive desk in the room but no mirror above/on it, so it couldn’t be used as a vanity. - The magnifying mirror in the bathroom was positioned ridiculously... read more
