For $600 CAD a night, this stay was completely unacceptable. We booked a room for one night, and while it was clean and spacious, the hotel's temperature control was atrocious. The hallway was uncomfortably hot, easily feeling like 30°C. Inside our room, the AC was not working at all. It hovered at 24°C through the night and wouldn't cool down no matter what we did. Had a leak in my condo so had to stay at a hotel near my place. And given the location to my condo, I chose this hotel. The rooms were so large and beautiful. The service was excellent too - I didn't have a charger and had an AC related issue and the front desk rep (short girl with curly hair) - was so kind and brought me a charger right away and fixed the aircon issue shortly after.
