The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Was recommended by my bf and was shocked by the rudeness and lack of professionalism by the receptionist. Didn’t even get a chance to see the dentist because I have not been able to book a proper appointment even after multiple attempts on the phone. Went to Dr. Xuan Hoi Van. She doesn’t address the problems you came here for and it becomes a worse situation later on! Went twice to get a wisdom tooth extracted because food was collecting in a crevice and it was growing kind of sideways. Was told no need and was given “reasons” ($300, it’s surgery, etc.) for me not to do it despite it being hard to care for daily and creating scar tissue.
