Took my vehicle in for its first free maintenance/oil change. Washer fluid was not refilled and cap was missing. Went to Jiffy Lube on my second oil change and was told my oil filter cap was not properly capped/on. Not sure how you butcher a simple oil change. Be careful! Will update if management decides to do something about a very poor oil / maintenance change.
Jareel was an awesome salesman. Fantastic experience dealing with him. Only thing I didn’t like about the experience was when I got handed off to finance. It was like no deal had been made at all when the paperwork started. It almost felt like they were trying to see if we would catch multiple mistakes in the pricing that I had agreed upon before walking into the finance office. It all got worked out, but I’m fearful when I go to register the truck and pay the sales tax.
Had a great experience at Mike Maroone Chevy in Longmont. I bought a used 2017 Chevy Volt from them. Jose was the salesperson that helped me and he was very friendly and easy to work with. I requested that they charge the battery so I could ensure it held a charge before we got there and they did. They gave me the Carfax report on the vehicle when I got there and I test drove it. This dealership has the worst customer service I have ever seen. It doesn't matter what department, once they have your money, the service is crap
