This appraiser is not thorough at all. He did my appraisal in under 2 minutes, he did not pay attention to the details we put into our renovations. We were very disappointed in what our property was worth after his appraisal! I will never use this company again.
I contacted Mr. king several weeks ago just to ask some general questions regarding an appraiser and what was expected during the appraisal of a home as well as se.kther general question related to the appraisal. Mr. king although busy took the time to respond to my questions and was very professional. He even gave me some information relates to the appraisal that I didn't even inquire about. Thank you very much.
Mr. King is a top notch professional. It was a pleasure working with him. He is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market in the metropolitan area. My wife asked Mr. King a ton of questions throughout the process via text, emails and phone calls. Each question was answered to her satisfaction. I have recommended Mr. King on numerous occasions.
