Mr. King was on time, professional, and personable. He came by our home yesterday and provided our appraisal today! His price was affordable. The received appraisal was very detailed, included his credentials, and provided comprehensive details on comparative houses in our area. Finally, our appraised price came in higher than we expected. Thank you, Mr. King for your time and services!
Terence King provided excellent, rapid turnaround service on two historical appraisals for me. He showed the highest level of customer service, which is rare these days. Highly recommend!
Let me tell you! I called Mr. King on a Monday he came out on that Monday to perform my appraisal… I explained to him that I needed the appraisal by Wednesday and he gave it to me less than 24 hours! This was a bankruptcy appraisal and I am happy with the results…. Price wise he is affordable and his personality put me at ease very professional and kind!!! Thank you Mr. King!!!!
This appraiser is not thorough at all. He did my appraisal in under 2 minutes, he did not pay attention to the details we put into our renovations. We were very disappointed in what our property was worth after his appraisal! I will never use this company again.
I contacted Mr. king several weeks ago just to ask some general questions regarding an appraiser and what was expected during the appraisal of a home as well as se.kther general question related to the appraisal. Mr. king although busy took the time to respond to my questions and was very professional. He even gave me some information relates to the appraisal that I didn't even inquire about. Thank you very much.
