Very unprofessional will never answer the phone won't call you to let you know they reschedule an appointment and lie to you
Trying to get my wife an appointment for a procedure at the hospital. Called office to speak with someone. Put on hold for 10 minutes and never got to speak with a nurse. Receptionist talk to the nurse to relay a incorrectly response to my question. Could not talk to a nurse. Called back and had to leave another message, very disappointed with service. All the while My wife's health is suffering. This is no reflection on the dr just on staff
Waited an hour and a half past my appointment time for my first appointment. I set second appointment for early in the morning and still was 45 minutes late being called. No apologies, just "yes, we get busy." Tried to call on two different occasions to follow up on returning my cardiac monitoring equipment. No one answered the phone, although it was inside office hours. They might be skilled physicians (although I only got to see an NP), but their patient interaction and communication is poor at best.
