I am a Tennant going through cancer surgery and treatment, just evicted for Mr King and new rich landlords. After a self created "publique nuisance" upon buying the property a year ago. (A travel trailer parked on my driveway touching the sidewalk). A RSO LARSO property and 14 years tenancy without any issues. I've been in real estate business for decades. I only wish I was introduced to Allen 20 years ago before I wasted tens of thousands of dollars on other lawyers from the West Side when it came to evictions. If you are a landlord in need of nonpaying tenants or squatters gone, Allen is the one. He solved in less than eight months what three of my other attorneys could not for over 3 years.
