OUTSTANDING RESPONSE AND SERVICE! Called due to my system not cooling. Tech was very responsive and was here in 30 minutes as he said he would be. I highly recommend King Air Systems for anyone that needs A/C service or replacement. This is a family business that responds quickly and honestly to questions. Our old AC broke down 4 times in the last 2 years and sounded like a freight train coming through the living room. King Air replaced the system and even brought 2:window units to keep us cool while they did the job. The new A/C is quiet and more efficient. Thank you King Air Systems for helping us out!
BUYERS BEWARE, I'm adding to this post because someone from a different company came out to check the mess King Air left with us. If you like companies that take advantage of the elderly like my mom, then by all means use King Air. This new company showed me where the warranty was never signed up so we could have gotten an entire new unit. I wasn't here when she got the new unit so I know nothing about whether that was on us or them. But, I was told today that it should have been on them. Buyers Beware: Do not use King Air in Milton, Florida. My mom had her unit replaced for $5K six years ago.. unbeknownst to me, they did not replace the outside unit. Now it doesn't work and they are trying to screw her out of money for an entire new one again for about the same money. They did this to her on purpose because they took advantage. She's now 84, I'm her caregiver and have MS myself. For six years I thought they did their job. Who sales the inside unit for as much as one that comes with both for the same amount??... read more
