BBQ- Mostly everything is cooked outside on the grill (ribs, brisket, pork chops, ckicken and pork); except for the whiting and catfish. Vegetables are made daily (mac&cheese, mashed potatoes, cole slaw, potato salad, italian green beans, baked beans, white beans, turnip greens), along with desserts (strawberry cake with real strawberries and cream cheese icing, chocalate cake, chess pie, brownines and cupcakes. Lastly, our drinks are sweet tea, fruit tea, or Coke products.

Stopped in for the first time today and I must say......Pure Awesomeness! I will be a repeat customer. Amazing food and folks.

Jerry and his crew make the best bbq I have ever had in smyrna. The brisket is to die for and the catfish in omg! The smoked chicken is like bacon chicken and I seriously have no idea how he does it. The homemade mac n' cheese is the best my kids say they have ever had (and believe me, they are real critics) plus the weekly specials that Jerry makes up are the best bang for your buck that you could ever get. The only real problem I have with kinfolks is that the smoked bologna sandwich isn't a full time menu item.

Went there this weekend for the first time, but not the last. My husband got the brisket and fell in love. As a Texan he often complains that he can't find good brisket, but that has now changed!! I ordered some turnip greens and my word these were amazing. A great place for bbq and good soul food sides! Nice people as well. We may live in Murfreesboro, but we will travel for this bbq.

Totally enjoyed my Sunday lunch at Kinfolk's! The pulled pork and BBQ spare ribs tied as my favorite entrees! The fresh green beans were my favorite vegetable. Their fruit tea is just right, not too sugary sweet.
