I was going to Kiney's for 2 years with minor issues but today was the final straw. I took my daughter to get large knotless with curly ends and the picture below was the quality of the braids. Not only was the braid quality horrible but I had to confront one of the workers for being so ruff with the blow dryer and snatching my daughters hair. I went yesterday to get French Curls braids done. At first, I called ahead to ask if I could come later and if they had availability. They said yes, no need to book, and that they had the hair there. So I went without bringing my own hair. When I arrived, they suddenly said I had to buy the hair because they didn’t have it. That was the first wrong information I got.
