I went yesterday to get French Curls braids done. At first, I called ahead to ask if I could come later and if they had availability. They said yes, no need to book, and that they had the hair there. So I went without bringing my own hair. When I arrived, they suddenly said I had to buy the hair because they didn’t have it. That was the first wrong information I got. Danny did an outstanding job on my hair! I came in with short hair and she still executed the exact style I wanted flawlessly. The braids are neat, clean, and beautifully done. She is professional, talented, and truly pays attention to detail. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality work!
Awful experience. They leave you waiting for long periods with zero communication, and when you try to leave, they’ll attempt to pull you back—only to make you wait even longer. I waited over an hour for a hair appointment without anyone bothering to let me know it would take that long. I eventually just walked out.
I had a bad experience downstairs where grace braiding hair is and they took me in and understood me and did the job right they are very friendly especially kiney she’s so nice I would recommend
Please do not ever go here!! I wish I could give them 0 stars. First they didn’t want to do my mom’s hair. The lady was slamming and huffing and puffing and was laughing at my mom’s hair. Then she had me wait for 2 hours just to be seated. She finished literally everyone’s hair before me kept leaving me to finish someone else’s hair. I was there for 9 whole hours. No sorry no nothing.
