Awful experience. They leave you waiting for long periods with zero communication, and when you try to leave, they’ll attempt to pull you back—only to make you wait even longer. I waited over an hour for a hair appointment without anyone bothering to let me know it would take that long. I eventually just walked out.

I had a bad experience downstairs where grace braiding hair is and they took me in and understood me and did the job right they are very friendly especially kiney she’s so nice I would recommend

Please do not ever go here!! I wish I could give them 0 stars. First they didn’t want to do my mom’s hair. The lady was slamming and huffing and puffing and was laughing at my mom’s hair. Then she had me wait for 2 hours just to be seated. She finished literally everyone’s hair before me kept leaving me to finish someone else’s hair. I was there for 9 whole hours. No sorry no nothing. Rebecca did a wonderful job on my hair. I got cornrows to one side and long twists in the back, it came out beautiful. I went on vacation shortly after and received several compliments from women in the airport to women at my resort to women on the island where I visited.
