BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE Wouldn’t even give them 1 star first off they braid way too tight and will rip your real hair out also very poor business skills very rude and makes you wait forever before starting they all will talk about you in creole and didnt know I understood every word .. I made a valid complaint and was very respectful I called Kiney and told her my complaint and she blocked my number
They are very unprofessional!!!! I asked for knottless and they rushed the service even though they had 2 people in my head they still managed to give me uneven braids and got upset and started speaking about me in their native tongue when addressing them about the state of my hair, toward the end the lady set my braids on fire and didn’t attempt to put out the fire instead she ran away. I don’t recommend this shop, your better off going to nyc!
I was going to Kiney's for 2 years with minor issues but today was the final straw. I took my daughter to get large knotless with curly ends and the picture below was the quality of the braids. Not only was the braid quality horrible but I had to confront one of the workers for being so ruff with the blow dryer and snatching my daughters hair. Kiney offered to redo the style and when I got there she suggested medium because she does not do large for kids. This was supposed to be a redo from the last hairstyle they messed up ... read more
I went yesterday to get French Curls braids done. At first, I called ahead to ask if I could come later and if they had availability. They said yes, no need to book, and that they had the hair there. So I went without bringing my own hair. When I arrived, they suddenly said I had to buy the hair because they didn’t have it. That was the first wrong information I got.
