I have given this shop so many tries and so many chances. I go here for bohemian knotless braids ONLY and I never get what i ask for. If SMALL knotless braids are not something the braiders want to do they should not offer it let alone charge for it! I speak Haitian Creole and each time I go I pose as if I don’t, I heard the woman braiding my hair laugh and say she’s giving me a “small medium” when I asked for small. If I could give them no stars I would! Sadly I use to come here all the time but it’s just the worst hair braiding place! The woman took 220 from me to do butt length for it to be back length and then lied to say I gave her 200 only 🤥 Braids weren’t even, parts weren’t even! She sat and ran her mouth and gossiping the whole time doing my hair! I really wish SEXY was still there she was the only one to do it right!
I used to come here as a kid it’s not the same at all. My appointment was for 9am no one didn’t walk thru the door till 9:30 & my hair wasn’t started until 11:30. I asked for medium knotless she did the front medium & the back of my head is parted large. & when everything is done they cut my hair with kitchen scissors right thru my braids so they’re already coming out & my hair was done 2 days ago id never come back here !!!
Brought my daughter in for braids and let’s just say they weren’t inviting and or friendly. It’s not an African shop it’s a Haitian shop and you can tell as far as I’ve never felt this way in an African establishment. They are not personable AT ALL! they make you feel Uncomfortable and you can tell they just talk about their customers by how they all just stare at whichever customer they are talking about! BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE Wouldn’t even give them 1 star first off they braid way too tight and will rip your real hair out also very poor business skills very rude and makes you wait forever before starting they all will talk about you in creole and didnt know I understood every word .. I made a valid complaint and was very respectful I called Kiney and told her my complaint and she blocked my number
