Bren is great! I have been going to her for lymphatic drainage massage. I have been struggling with menopausal symptoms that caused severe bloating, joint pain and total body inflammation! My stomach bloating decreased after the first session! I feel better and would totally recommend this treatment for anyone experiencing negative menopausal symptoms!

Bren is amazing! I've had back pain for a little over a year now and have gone to many different massage therapists even got some steroid injections but only got temporary relief. I found Bren thankfully and after only two treatments I am substantially better! She found the root cause of what is causing my back pain but no one else had done. She uses a lot of different types of therapies and incorporates lymphatic drainage and stretching along with Muscle Therapy. I recently had a microneedling appointment with Bren, and she was absolutely wonderful! She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, even applying extra numbing so I wouldn’t feel the needles. Bren was incredibly pleasant and friendly throughout the entire session, explaining the process and offering helpful tips along the way.
