Bren does amazing work. After almost 6 weeks of pain she was the one to fix me. Yoga didn’t help, chiropractor didn’t help, PT didn’t help… With Bren’s kinesiology training and techniques she was able bring me back to normal almost immediately. .

Bren saved me from being in soooo much pain from a shoulder knot that I tried everything to get rid of!!! I think her lymph drainage and the kinesiology with the stretching helped and I finally got out of the pain I had been in for about 2 weeks prior. Highly recommend her for body work. Like no other massage therapist I have been to.
