HIGHLY recommend! As the Head Coach at Orangetheory Fitness Lakeway, I frequently refer our members to Dr. Matt, and my own family sees him as well. My kids and I have gone to him for multiple sports-related injuries and have had a 100% recovery rate. Our only regret is waiting too long before going in! He’s incredibly knowledgeable, takes the time to do thorough assessments, and always starts with the right plan before jumping to PT or scans. We completely trust him and can’t recommend him enough.
I hurt my knee in December 24. Had X-rays, MRI which showed some meniscus degeneration . They sent me to 6 weeks PT. I’m an avid golfer who always walks. Couldn’t play more than 9 holes without terrible pain. Went on a trip to Japan with my wife and still had terrible pain in the knee when walking. Dr. Matt is a lifesaver. He's helped me with so many different issues, whether that be my wrist, shoulder, hip, or hamstrings. He's super knowledgeable and thorough. He really knows his stuff and loves what he does, so it shows in his work. My husband completely tore his groin, and the recovery time was anticipated to be 10-12 weeks. Under Dr. Matt's care, he fully recovered in less than 7 weeks! His office is inside of CrossFit Lake Travis and it's very clean and cool inside. 10/10 recommend!
