I recently had a water skiing accident in which I really hurt my shoulder. First opinion believed it to be a suspected rotator cuff tear. Before going through all of the legwork of getting an MRI, etc., I had Dr. Matt assess. He was incredibly thorough, and within the first 45 minutes, my range of motion doubled. Dr. Matt Centofonti is fantastic. He was able to quickly diagnose my issue, relieve my concerns and structure a rehabilitation program. After 2 weeks of specific strength exercises I was pain free and able to resume my normal activities.
HIGHLY recommend! As the Head Coach at Orangetheory Fitness Lakeway, I frequently refer our members to Dr. Matt, and my own family sees him as well. My kids and I have gone to him for multiple sports-related injuries and have had a 100% recovery rate. Our only regret is waiting too long before going in! I hurt my knee in December 24. Had X-rays, MRI which showed some meniscus degeneration . They sent me to 6 weeks PT. I’m an avid golfer who always walks. Couldn’t play more than 9 holes without terrible pain. Went on a trip to Japan with my wife and still had terrible pain in the knee when walking.
