Not worthy of any Stars(but I had to pick one). I signed up for personal training and was looking forward to it until I was doubled Billed in the same month. To top it off, I have yet to have my first paid training session. So when I inquired about a refund I was told I could have a free month but I said no I wanted my money back. I was told no way. So then I informed them I was canceling the entire personal training and I was demanding my money back. Again, I was denied. In my opinion, double dipping into my account is not ... read more

I really like going to kinetix and the family gym feel. You are more like family then just another member or number. The equipment is nicely maintained and the gym is very clean!

I joined Kinetix 3months ago and was super nervous.. However after finally talking myself into walking through the door I was greeted by the owner himself and was shown how to use every piece of equipment there! The lady¿s at the front desk were helpful and kind and we always cleaning! I truly love it here! The classes at kinetix are so much fun and high energy!

Kinetix Health Club in Lynchburg is by far the most unorganized and unprofessional business I have EVER worked for. The owners are in WAY over their heads therefore have little or no time to get anything done! The gym had to delay their opening date twice and after finally doing so they have failed to adhear to the many promises that were foolishly spewed out in order to get new members!
