I was referred to KinetikChain by Wynkoop Dentistry for very low jaw mobility/opening. I've done 8 sessions with Jessica, as well as several TMJ-focused massages with Ashley. Before I was referred, I never knew jaw PT or massage was a thing... I have had jaw problems for years, with limited opening and always difficulty and extreme dread going to the dentist. I am a distance runner that suffered a strained adductor and had a great experience with Jess and Isaac. Jess really helped me understand the weakness’s that lead to my injury and don’t just help address them but was very clear with why we were doing each exercise and how it would all come together. Everything we did felt like it had a purpose whether for healing or for future injury prevention.
Enjoying how cooperative they are of my injury and my recovery! They make sure to work with me on with what is working and what isn’t. Take great feedback and have payment options that help!
Had an amazing fascial stretch session with Oscar! He really knows what he’s doing and made the whole experience super comfortable. I walked out feeling way looser, lighter, and with way more range of motion than when I came in. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping you feel your best.
Update (10/17/25): Dr. Jaimie reached out to me and was extremely helpful. He listened to my concerns and was very empathetic. I was able to get in my missed session and he offered me a couple more to make up for it. Totally didn’t have to do that, but just offering that made a world of difference. While I still am on the fence if this is for me, I do highly recommend anyone to give this a try. His staff was so helpful and friendly.
