I have just completed post-total knee replacement therapy at Kinetik and I could not be more pleased with my experience there. My therapist, Theresa Ziegler, was kind, knowledgeable and experienced -- really top notch! She listened carefully and responded to my concerns with outstanding professional care. The staff and therapists are excellent, I've been going here for at least 10 years for sports injuries and surgery recovery and will continue to go and recommend for years to come.
When staff go for lunch. A sign at the desk. Would be nice,instead somebody coming out. And "you know we are still on lunch". The time was 12;57
Sadly this is supposed to be a place of healing but the team of "professionals" aren't actual medical professionals and cannot assist with real healing. They are basically personal trainers, so if you just need to build muscle that's helpful, but if you have a serious injury they have nothing of value to offer. The staff will tell you one thing, and then write something else in their report to SGI so you never actually know where you stand in the injury claim process. Everyone and everything about this facility from front desk to personal physiotherapists , Loreen and shout out Lansea was 5 star minimum. Great experience.
