Technician Danil showed up on time, was professional, polite and diagnosed the leak. Provided some operational tips and ways to keep my system operating in top shape. As an owner of a Kinetico system in a previous home, we are thrilled with the water quality and love the reverse osmosis for ice cubes and drinking water.
