From the first call, my questions were answered and a service call was scheduled in two days. My service tech Edwin examined my entire system checking all connections and settings. Answered all my questions in layman terms Finished by checking water quality and pressure. Very thorough. I might add he did all this in the rain. Top notch!!

Experienced and excellent service provided by Juan Ramirez on our Kinetico water system. He was professional, personable and efficient and quickly diagnosed an issue we were having. He performed the annual service and fixed the issue all within an hour. We’ve been very happy with our reverse osmosis system and the service provided by Kinectico.
