Helps reduce the effects of hard water
Great service. We bought a house with a Kinetico water softener already installed. The previous owners had not kept up on the maintenance on it. The Kinetico service rep, Andy, was on time and very friendly. He showed us how the system works and got our system up and running! Easy to make an appointment and everyone I spoke to at the Punta Gorda office were very nice and helpful.
I ‘ve been having an ongoing issue with my water softener. Trent and his service techs have been responsive and determined to get it resolved. I’m glad I chose Kinetico because they stand behind their products.
Service technician arrived on time (actually a few minutes early) and was very professional. Even though my system wasn't something they normally sell or service, he was able to troubleshoot the issue and reset the system to start working properly.
Love the clean water and ice!
