Very poor customer service. They will only sell through and "Authorized Reseller" and then when you have a problem with the system will claim it is the "Authorized Resellers" problem and to call them. They do not back their own systems up with their own support. The system is great but a poor business and wish I had never purchased this system. Will go with a true local company next time.
