We had a great experience with Garrett and Kyle. Garrett did a thorough inspection and helped find out what was wrong. Kyle did a great job fixing it. Both were knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. I highly recommend Kinetico. I love their products and their service.
Initially, system was not using salt and I also requested a pre-filter be installed. The technician troubleshot the system and repaired the issue. A couple of days afterward, I noticed that it was not metering. Kinetico returned and repaired the metering problem under warranty and the system is working fine again. I am very pleased with the customer service.
Makes the not so good Utah water taste like expensive bottled water, highly recommended the Kinetico RO system and to top it all off the folks at Kimetico Utah are absolutely wonderful to work with!!!
Kinetico is absolutely wonderful. Our pipes were really starting to clog up and the hard water stains in our toilet and our sinks were just working meter down. If that’s what I could see on the outside of our pipes we knew pretty much what was going on on the inside of our pipes. Since Kinetico installed our soft water, shower is cleaner.
