Monte and his team at Kinetico are awesome! We had a bit of a difficult install due to space limitations. He very clearly went over all the installation procedures. They did a wonderful job, sticking right to their timeline. Our unit was installed well over a year ago, and we have had ZERO issues. I have called them a couple of times due to user errors on my part. One time I let the salt run out. It was very simple to remedy all on my own with their guidance. We've had our Kinetico water softener since 2019. We are happy with it. It uses much less salt than our old softener.
We have been using Kenetico for at least 16 years now. It's an amazing system that requires so much less attention and resources than any of the other ones. When our first one ran it's course after 14+ years, we had a better and more advanced one put in. It only uses what it needs, there is no "schedule". It works on demand. So if we go on vacation for a month, it doesn't need to be turned off or have something special done. If we have guests staying at our house and more soft water is needed, it just works. We are so glad that we bought a Kinetico water softener. It takes up less room, uses less salt, and is an improvement all around over traditional water softeners. We have had it over a year and recommend it.
