I like the fact the salt consumption went down considerably, and the soft water is great.
This is our second Kinetico water softening unit. We had Kinetico in our prior home for 16 years and it served us really well. We have now moved to a new home. This second Kinetico system replaces a competitor's system that was installed by the builder of our new home. The competitor's system had been operating for four years. Great people. I love that my water softener doesn't take electricity, and that it is a 2 tank system so it can use each tank's soft water 100% before rejuvenating. It also rejuvenates one tank while the other is being used during the day, not while I'm sleeping. It's top of the line, and didn't break the bank.
Kinetico is the BEST decision I made for my family and home. From the first call to install they are professional, kind and answer every question. After I had my water softener put in, my son came home from his plumbing class, took a shower and later asked why the soap just kept bubbling and the water was so nice. Best feeling ever when your kiddos notice. I also put in reverse osmosis and my water in the fridge is to die for! No more packaged water…. Love it
Monte and Kyle came to our house and tailored a soft water system that worked well for our small utility closet and crawlspace plumbing. They were on time, respectful, professional, and competitively priced. We liked that their system didn't require a power outlet and is easy to refill and maintain. Our water was level 9 gpg hardness and with the new system our water is noticeably softer and gentler. We wish we had put it in sooner! We would highly recommend them to anyone needing soft water.
