Our experience has been great with Monte and the team at Kinetico. I highly recommend this system for your home. I live in an older home, and needed to do some minor plumbing. For peace of mind I asked Kinetico to do a Service visit. They were very accommodating. We are very happy we chose to go with Kinetico.
I've purchased two Kinetico softeners over the years: one back in 2019, and again when I moved in 2024. I have not once had any issues or problems with either of those systems. They are dead simple to maintain and ultra reliable. Monte and crew were also a joy to work with. I highly recommend these softeners!
We are super super thrilled with Kinetico Quality Water Systems! Everyone is so nice and Monte Lowder is the best! We bought the soft water system May of 2024 and it really does use almost no salt. Monte gave us 2 bags to start and since then, I have put in 2 more, the second only 3 days ago, that's 4 bags in 15 months and it if full now with months before the next bag. Growing up my parents always had a Kinetico Water Softener so naturally that is the only water softener I wanted for myself. I reached out to Kinetico Quality Water Systems of SLC and spoke with Monte for him to come out to my house to give us an estimate. Monte is outstanding! We bought a Kinetico water softener about 5 years ago and haven't had a single problem with it. Our previous softener required about 3-4 bags of salt a month. Now we get better water and use about 6 bags a year. The only problem we have now is remembering to buy salt to put into the softener. If we ever move, I'm going to take the softener with us (yes, you can do that) or get a new one. Thanks Kinetico.
