We bought a Kinetico water softener about 5 years ago and haven't had a single problem with it. Our previous softener required about 3-4 bags of salt a month. Now we get better water and use about 6 bags a year. The only problem we have now is remembering to buy salt to put into the softener. If we ever move, I'm going to take the softener with us (yes, you can do that) or get a new one. Thanks Kinetico.
Excellent product and excellent service! Love the system, so easy to manage and takes so much less salt. Love the fact that there is no power connection and it runs in line with the system. Have not had any issues and the water feels great in the shower! (: RB
I LOVE my Kinetico water softener system! When looking for a water softener, I had a few people come to the house to give us quotes. Half of the reason I decided to get a Kinetico system was Dave Stephens. His approach to the "sales call" was so far from someone trying to sell me a system, but was instead someone educating me on water and the benefits from softening it. This product is so easy to use and the service is incredible. Easy install with a qualified team. Very positive experience and I am excited to use less salt and have to do less maintenance.
