I love my Kinetico system
I moved into a place with this drinking system several years ago and have received the kindest help over the years to maintain my system. My faucet valves needed help, and it had nothing to do with Kinetico parts, but they went above and beyond and gave concern and advice. Very personable company! And the filter does what it should.

The repair man did come and seemed to fix everything and I give him a 5 star review. However, the repair man we had before him didn't pick up some things the last one did. We were using as much salt as a much cheaper water softener and that went on for many months. Then I decided we needed to have someone come again. So we had another repair bill.
