Had my first appointment with Jason yesterday. I had a nagging hamstring injury, which he resolved. Besides giving me a plan to prevent future injury, he identified another issue with my overly tight calf muscles, which could cause me problems in the future. He gave me a stretching program which I can easily integrate into my daily program.
