Christina is great! Helped me with jaw pain, gave me practical tips for better sleep/health, and was a joy to work with. Definitely recommend!
I all ways feel amazing when I leave one of Christina’s healing Rolfing sessions. Best part is, the healing effects are long lasting and my pain does not return. The 10 sessions is an absolute MUST for the whole process to be effective along with occasional “tune ups” I no longer need or want massages which feel great in the moment, but my pain would quickly return. I think she should raise her rates because she is so professional, knowledgeable, kind and a truly gifted healer.
Christina’s work is nothing short of life changing. I leave every Rolf-ing session feeling like an entirely new and better human and the feeling LASTS! Every session has just built upon the last, and I feel more in my body, stronger, and more myself than I have in my entire life. Go book her services! You will not regret it!
