RecommendedKaren & Lou are terrific. Years of knee pain has finally been helpfully addressed. They look for root problems and have a lot of knowledge about bio-mechanics. The exercises are unlike other PT places because the focus on ismotetric movements that strengthen weak smaller muscles that work in conjunction with your large muscles. Other places tended to only look at the large muscle movements and didn't identify the point of malfunction.
