Cozy, clean, and quiet space to learn about movement to help me heal, and heal I did! My physical therapist was excellent at her job. She showed me body positions, web sites, and helped me take pictures of me on my phone so I would remember them. I would most definitely return.
Prior to my Left/Right Knee replacements, Jannette at the Cary Kinetic Institute Cary prepared me for pre/post-surgery. Jannett was recommended to me by a friend for her PT ability as well as her kindness and understanding of the pain limitations of recovery. She is a very skilled, professional, dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist. I have been to many other PTs, and, by far, Jeanette is the best. I have been going to Kinetic Institute for months now. I had Katelyn my first month while I awaited to get put on Jannette’s schedule. Both are great. I have now been working with Jannette for 2 mths and change now. I am completely happy with her knowledge and expertise in helping me regain function in my leg and foot. I love Kinetic Institute. I was referred here by my podiatrist for ongoing plantar fasciitis problems for which orthotics were no longer enough to help. Let me tell you, Jannette is utterly amazing! I didn’t only have foot pain, turns out she identified joint stiffness in my feet, which I didn’t know. Their office admin Whitney is wonderful! The staff here are warm & friendly.
