Cozy, clean, and quiet space to learn about movement to help me heal, and heal I did! My physical therapist was excellent at her job. She showed me body positions, web sites, and helped me take pictures of me on my phone so I would remember them. I would most definitely return.
Prior to my Left/Right Knee replacements, Jannette at the Cary Kinetic Institute Cary prepared me for pre/post-surgery. Jannett was recommended to me by a friend for her PT ability as well as her kindness and understanding of the pain limitations of recovery. She is a very skilled, professional, dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist. I have been to many other PTs, and, by far, Jeanette is the best.
