I first started going to Kinetic Healthcare when I injured myself in the gym. Rather than just rehabbing the injury (which they did and did very well) they treated the root causes of why the injuries happened in the first place. Performance in the gym has improved as well as my mobility and I recommend anyone who has a training injury or chronic injury try Kinetic Healthcare. The office is very clean and tidy and there is always plenty of street parking available close by.
