Have been twice to kinetic. First time the massage therapist would speak a word for one hour. Made me feel very uncomfortable. My wife convinced me to try a second time. Appointment 7:30am. I am waiting. 7:45am. The lady at the front lets me know that the therapist didn't show up. I did sign the contract stating in case I would cancel the appointment in less then 24 hours, I have to pay $40. The Physiotherapist team is great especially Ryan, easy to talk with team and to share problems with Cleo and kathryn are incredible receptionists! The whole team is awesome!
Started on my journey yesterday toward strong bones with Blake, one of Kinetic's very knowledgeble physio-therapists. Not only did Blake prescribe some exercises to start but I left feeling reassured that things were going to be ok with some work on my part. Thanks Blake and see you in 2 weeks with "homework" completed!
