Front staff is the worst to deal with. She did not charge in the first place. After 3 days I had to go back and tell her that I wasn't charged, she says I never paid, infact she took all the credit card details including cvv #. She entered wrong information on my profile. Careless, slow, pathetic, zero interest towards her job, always on personal phone. Since my motorcycle accident I have been going to Kinetic Energy for Physio and massage therapy! Iby is an all star! Would not be where I am without her. Darlene and Heather are both amazing massage therapist, I would/have recommended all 3 lovely ladies to anyone needed Physio or massage therapy! The owner is wonderful and the nurse practitioner made me feel so comfortable will definitely see her when needed! Thank you Kinetic Energy
Had a massage appointment with Bryson. He was very kind and very good at his job. I felt a little nervous as it was my first massage but his professionalism and confidence really put me at ease! I would highly recommend a visit. Super kind staff and very clean space.
The team at Kinetic Clinic is wonderful. Ryan Emberley (physiotherapist) is a true gem—caring, knowledgeable, and excellent at explaining things. I especially appreciate how he uses visual diagrams and online resources to help patients better understand their treatment and recovery. Booked an appointment at the Women’s Clinic for my very first pap smear and everyone was so kind and gentle! I was so nervous from hearing pap horror stories online, but my nurse Kristin was amazing! Even gave me essential oil to calm my nerves. Thank you!
