Booked an appointment at the Women’s Clinic for my very first pap smear and everyone was so kind and gentle! I was so nervous from hearing pap horror stories online, but my nurse Kristin was amazing! Even gave me essential oil to calm my nerves. Thank you!
I booked a massage appointment over the phone and was very clear about the date and time during the conversation. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that I was actually booked for the following week instead. It was frustrating to take time out of my day and travel to the office only to find that my appointment had been entered incorrectly. While mistakes can happen, I expected better attention to detail when booking appointments. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed and inconvenienced.
