I love this shop! I have purchased 2 bikes in the last year (CX and MTB) and am so happy with the quality of the bikes as well as the mechanics. Their customer service is excellent! I love the shop and the people there that I am usually at Kinetic weekly on their Gravel or Road group rides. A must stop if you're looking for bikes, parts or a rad group of people to roll with.
Kinetic service is the best, they really seem to go the extra mile to make you happy. If you want to be educated about the bikes it's the place to go.
I have had such a great experience with kinetic cycles and its team. I am newer to cycling and these guys have been so helpful in my bike purchase, fitting, equipment needs etc. I cannot say enough positive things! Thank you!!
Just got my fattie bike today with great price and great service, love this place.
I have to say that Bruce the owner is a class act. Very knowable and always willing to help . I love the relaxed atmosphere and the great selection of bikes, clothing etc.
