Great bike shop. Friendly and helpful staff. Have never felt pressured to buy anything but at the same time, they were attentive and helpful. Will definitely be buying my next bike from them.

Kinetic is all you need when it comes to professional shops. The customer service is absolutely outstanding. Having been a part of the bicycle industry at one time, I can tell you how squared away this shop is. Their knowledge is second to none and you will feel welcome the minute you walk in the door. They give some much back to the cycling community, its nice to know that still exists. The multiple shop rides and events they host create immediate friendships with those that love to ride.
