KC is simply amazing! He engages his students with lots of energy and motivation in every class every time! The classes are challenging and the results are real! I highly recommend giving Kinetic Coaching a try!

Joining this gym has been a great experience. The staff and members are all great people which makes for an incredible environment and culture. The workouts are a nice mix of strength and conditioning. The workouts never get stale, are challenging and fun. -Steve O
Love this gym! Super clean and gorgeous inside and the workouts are stellar. A really cool environment where everyone is super friendly and welcoming. The class I took had a wide variety of exercises and I and felt fantastic after. KC and all the trainers are so sweet and supportive, you will grow exponentially at this gym.
I literally cannot say enough amazing things about KC and the classes at Kinetic Coaching!!! KC does an INCREDIBLE job at teaching the exercises, showing you the proper and safe movements, while also making the classes a TON OF FUN!! The HITT classes are my absolute favorite with the fast pace and high energy!
