Love coming here to workout!!
Great gym, great coaches, great atmosphere! I’ve worked out at many gyms and this one consistently has good classes and coaches who can either let you do your thing or make you better/stronger and all that’s in between.
I have been working out at Kinetic Coaching for a few years now. Taylor and KC push me and hold me accountable. If you are thinking about committing to a gym for group classes or doing the individual training, this is the place to go.
