I have been going to Kinetic Coaching for the past 5 years and it has been amazing! Not only are the classes fun, they are challenging and push you past your limits. In addition, the coaches are FANTASTIC and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Since joining Kinetic Coaching, I have lost over 50 pounds and feel better than ever! Kinetic Coaching is the place to be!!!
I've been a member of Kinetic Coaching for two years, and it has truly transformed my fitness journey. By far the best gym I have ever been to! KC, the Owner is very much involved in the coordination and planning of the classes each week. I workout everyday and I am able to do that because of the way KC structures everyday to be challenging, hitting different muscle groups and/or adding cardio. All of the coaches are incredible & encouraging but most importantly they are on it if you tell them you have an injury. Kinetic is great! Highly recommend it! You feel like you’re part of a gym community and one that is supportive. Trainers are fantastic and communicate well. Many options are available for all different levels of athletes.
I can't speak highly enough about the amazing gym culture that KC and his team have built here. Strangers become friends who lift together almost instantly. The workouts are challenging and fun and every coach brings something a little bit different to each class. Can't recommend this gym enough, I will be working out here for a long time to come!
