I’ve gone to Kinetic a few times now and every time I go they are always very professional and patient with all of my questions. The work quality has always been good and I will be going back in the near future.
From the first call to Kinetics I knew this was the right place for my car. I delt with Dave from start to finish. Dave and the crew installed a stage 2 Cobb package amd tuned my 2018 STI and this car feels so much better. Dave was allways super responsive to my calls and questions. I've allready talked about the next steps with them and Dave helped me come up with a good plan with my goal for this car. They will be the only people to work my car. Thanks everyone who took care of me.
worst shop I’ve been to! sloppy job with exhaust and rattles like crazy, lost a washer to one of my rear taillights leaving it loose, front lip fell off bc they didn’t use tape and didn’t line it up or even screw it into the bumper correctly.
Kinetic Autoworks is the only correct answer. I was able to get my engine replaced and dialed in no time at all. They were very helpful and informative and were able to meet all of my request and more some!
