Kinetic Autoworks installed a downpipe on my BMW SUV, and my car was returned in the same condition and the installation was completed in a timely manner. Overall, customer service is where the 5/5 comes in, because from booking your appointment to answering questions and helping with advice they seem to available most hours out of the day and are very knowledgeable in the automotive industry.
