When I first came to Kinespirit, I could barely walk. After seeing doctors with no answers, I was frustrated and discouraged. Surgery alleviated my condition but I still had mobility issues. With patience and empathy, Chantal Deeble, owner of the studio, overcame my skepticism and changed my relationship with my body. She introduced me to gyrotonics, which helped me immensely, and her deep knowledge of anatomy, allowed her to address every aspect of movement from head to toe. It's been a little while since I've lived in NYC, but I MISS KINESPIRIT! I was a client there for many years as well as a teacher trainee for much of my Gyrotonic training. It is a lovely, happy studio, filled with excellent instructors and lots of heart. Highly highly recommended!
