I highly recommend Kinesis! Everyone I have worked with has been incredibly personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. They take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure you feel comfortable throughout the process. I truly appreciate the individualized care and encouragement I have received. I’ve felt supported every step of the way and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for excellent physical therapy!
Ryan was really helpful with our 14 year old addressing his knee and foot issues. He educated us and was so clear in working through the exercises he could do on his own at home. I highly recommend Ryan if you are in need of adjusting your running form and/or correcting any injuries you may be working through. Great customer service and a plan that is tailored to your specific needs.
After struggling with a nagging injury for months, including going to mass-market PT, I gave Ryan and Kinesis a try and it was the best decision I could have made. He diagnosed my physical issues, crafted a personal recovery regimen, and then we had our 1:1 sessions. His goal was to get me back to activity, and set me up for future success. Ryan is the man. I came to him - after seeing 15+ doctors and/or physical therapists - with serious issues impacting quality of life, down to the basics of sitting in comfort, and he helped make corrections almost overnight. It definitely stands out that he works with you on-on-one for 60 minutes and knows multiple modalities including postural restoration. Since starting with him, he has helped my wife as well as teenage son. I'll stick with this dude until he retires.
