Love this place. Great therapy treatment. Injured my ankle at work and have been out for 10+ weeks and am finally feeling like it's getting better. Hope to be back to work mid February. Very personable staff. One on one therapy. Thank you guys. Your my heroes.
So, I have been to physical therapy centers where the p.t. gives you exercises to do and leaves you alone to do them and let's face it, our bodies know how to cheat when in pain. What I love about Kinesis Physical Therapy is that Doctor C.J. watches you and makes sure you are correctly completing your exercises and your muscles are retaining proper muscle memory and therefore heal properly. So here you will get the attention you deserve to heal and recover.
