I have been at Kineofit for about a year now. It is never boring. The workouts are always different and challenging which makes the hour fly by. The community of trainers and members keeps me coming back because everyone is encouraging and supportive. The staff encourages us to work hard in the gym and play hard outside. They put activities together, like pickleball and hiking, so the members can create community outside of the gym as well. I have appreciated the support from the Kineofit family over the last year.
I started going to Kineofit almost 12 years ago to get in shape for my wedding, and since then have found an amazing community of coaches, members, and friends, as well as a variety of exercises and workout structures that keeps each session fun, motivating, and challenging. As a physical therapist, the coaches’ attention to form and detailed programming is another plus! If you’re looking for group fitness with an awesome community, Kineofit is a great choice!

Kineo is amazing. I came here a few months ago. I felt ready to start getting strong again. The trainers are knowledgeable and totally in your corner. Same for the people who train here. I hadn’t actually run in about 4 years before. After training twice a week for 3 months, I tried running again and it felt amazing! I know that training here was the perfect prep to get me started again.
I absolutely love this gym! Since the pandemic started I have been sitting around and being way less active than normal. When I started looking for places to go around town I decided to pick a few and try them out, Kineo Fit was the first place I tried and I signed up that day!
