Kineo Fit is an excellent training community. I have been working out at Kineo for over 10 years and love it. The workouts are always different which keeps things interesting and challenging. I have made many friends at Kineo and feel a part of a wonderful community.
I have been going to Kineo for 8+ years. I don't miss a day at Kineo. Tou can go at your own pace regardless of your pace. No pressure ever. Just fun, interesting workouts. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable to modify your work out if you have a specific need.
