Kindy is the best place to shop for glasses. They are so kind and helpful. Every time I have had an issue with my glasses, they fixed it. Everyone there takes the time to find frames that work for you. Jenna and all the staff at Kindy are the absolute best! I will never shop anywhere else for glasses.
Kindy Optical is a business like no other. Their customer service is something you just don't see anymore. They are extremely personable, friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to work with you and your insurance benefits. Every time we walk in there they treat you like family, call you by name and help you in every way possible. We ONLY will go to Kindy!
Debbie and her staff are excellent and always very helpful. The frames are very chic and fashionable. I always get compliments on my eyewear. They will work with you to utilize your insurance benefits to maximize your benefit as well.
Staff is nice and helpful and the doctor is great.
I would highly recommend them for glasses. I scratched a lense on a pair that had lasted me 5 years. I explained that I was on a budget and Melissa helped me with finding similar frames at a reasonable price, not only that but made sure that I received the most benefit possible from my insurance company. Been wearing glasses 17 years and this was by far the best experience I've had purchasing new ones.
