Sophie and her presentation on Healthy Development & Body Safety was top notch. She not only covered topics that were age appropriate for different age groups (this one was up to 10 years old), but gave helpful suggestions and resources for handling difficult conversations and situations. I felt like I walked away with more confidence and comfortability in dealing with discussions around sexual health, development, and body safety with my son. Thank you so much!!
I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about this space. Anna, Katrina, and Vanessa are absolute angels. I’ve been working with multiple practitioners here for therapy, Reiki, and neurofeedback for the past 2.5 years, and the support has been life-changing.
