This place is a joke.(almost got violated by my p.o from they goofy mess) Don't go here you can put 5 months into a 6 month program for them to deam you non-compliance after you called them for weeks straight,to resolve the issue, It's cool when you gotta do your job but when they have to do they job.... crickets..... While they still send a bill to my Insurance.
I went in yesterday in hopes of making an appointment with my nurse practitioner that I was seeing before I went to a 30 day rehab treament facility. I called ahead and figured I had a payment that was needed. I agreed to make the payment. However I only had tap to pay on my phone and did not have the physical card on me. The cops were called on me for driving my children to set up an appointment with me. Which apparently is a crime now in Maryland. It was assumed I was in active use because I was crying in the waiting room. I am 6 months post partum and was looking for some compassion. I was met with none. I took down my last bad review because their clinical director reached out asking me to give them a chance. I think all she wanted was the review taken down, cause not a single one of my concerns were addressed. This place is awful and inconsistent. I couldn't get ahold of my psych for 2 months. No returned messages on the portal, texts, or emails. My therapist suddenly went out for weeks to months a time TWICE due to licensing issue.
