Dr. Moon, Dr. Nguyen, and the staff at Kindred Smiles were very welcoming and put me at ease right away. Bree in the office answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable from my first call. I've had a hard time finding a caring dentist and was anxious about this appointment. I will be happily going back.
Dr. Pauline and Dr. Moon are amazing! If you’re looking for a new dentist as I was and in need of “QUALITY” cleaning and desire to keep your teeth their best “Kindred Smiles” in McKinney is the place. All my boxes were checked when I relocated for work and needed a new dentist to “call home”. Dr. Pauline & Dr. Howard are honest, extremely thorough, and the staff and atmosphere is Amazing. I showed up a few minutes early to ensure all my information was given, and I was met by a polite and friendly front office staff. After a brief wait I was then taken in for my appointment and met with pleasant staff, enjoyable ambiance, and professional service. There’s nothing I can say they should improve on, and for the first time, I’m looking forward to my next appointment!
