Disappointed. I bought a beautiful locally made bracelet, but within a week unworn, the hook had tarnished. Shame.
I ordered a piece of jewellery for pickup on Nov 19th 2024 as the Canada Post strike had just started. After waiting a month, I have never received a notice to pick it up. I contacted them via email and they said it was shipped via Canada post from their location in Toronto via regular mail and due to the strike, it will be delayed. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE or try to communicate with them online, you'll only end up frustrated!! I ordered online recieved an email stating they recieved my order and that I'd recieve an email once the products were shipped, 8 days later I hadn't recieved anything so I messaged them asking about it. the next day my message showed as viewed but I didnt recieve a reply so the day after around noon I emailed.
